These are common issues that often occurred on HP LaserJet Pro MFP M126nw printer. Please follow below instructions to solve the problems. For easy task please use first HP Print and Scan Doctor to fix your printer.

Printer Installation Error
Please make sure you have installed the correct driver for your printer. If you are using Windows OS, check for the version  (32bit or 64bit). You can find HP LaserJet Pro MFP M126nw driver here.

Scanner not working
For Windows user, first check required services that are Windows Image Acquisition (WIA), Remote Procedure Call (RPC) and Shell Hardware Detection. Those services need to be started. You can do it by typing service.msc on Windows Run and then click the services.msc link under Programs.

10.1000 supply memory error
It is caused by cartridge problems. Please remove the sealing tape and verify that memory chip is not damage. You can use a pencil eraser to clean the contacts on top of the toner.
